Determinations
Set a condition - a city, a metric, a comparison, a threshold and an hour. After the hour passes, the next run answers met, not_met or withheld, with a report of the reasons. Withheld means the hour cannot bear a settlement - it is a result, not a loss for either side.
Sign in to open determinations from this page. A subscription covering the city includes them; otherwise they are paid per determination from the credits of a wallet linked to your account.
